A&D's entire NOSC team took a two day trip to Phoenix to celebrate one of their greatest milestones.  A&D not only attained their first LEED Platinum project, but it is also the first LEED Platinum Building turned over to the Navy and the Air Force by a Small Business.

"This was a great trip to witness an incredible accomplishment" said Valerie Norfolk, ''The building itself was absolutely spectacular to see in person."

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held to mark the grand opening of this facility on March 30th, 2012, with many attendees which not only included the A-E design Team, but numerous other subcontractors whose hard work and dedication helped to attain this accomplishment.

During this event, A&D GC, Inc. and Luke Air Force Base unveiled the LEED plaque for their Navy Operational Support Center, with USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council) in attendance to help present this plaque and speak beside our owner-Andrew R. Otero-along with several other Navy Personnel.

This grand opening was definitely both a memorable and motivational experience for the team of A&D.
