The VA Admin Bldg is a 3 story, self certified LEED Silver Medical Office Building.
It measures 30,000sf of usable space, built with concrete and steel. First floor is Slab on Grade, the upper levels are concrete topped metal decks.
Exterior skin is a stucco facade over exterior metal stud framing with PVC roofing.
The interior incorporates eleven different hospital departments , common areas, lounges, conference area, Employee Health Medical Suite, IT department and open office swing space areas to accommodate additional departments during main hospital renovations.

Action A&D's team delivered the project on schedule and within budget without compromising quality or customer service.
